Review: Well-written, entertaining story that is also educational. Highly recommend for any runner out there. (9/10)

Biggest Take-Aways:
-As a specie, we are designed to run.
-Running barefoot/with minimalistic footwear is better
-We need to strike to ground with the “fleshly part of our foot”, not our heel

2. The Mind Map Book – Tony Buzan

Review: Useful read to learn the ideal Mind-mapping technique & improve memory. (7/10)

Biggest Take-Aways:
-Mind-maps should be created in colour
-Using single words in capital letters in the maps
-Should be as “creative” as possible (harness right side of the brain)

3. Superconnect: Harnessing the Power of Networks and the Strength of Weak Links – Richard Koch and Greg Lockwood

Review: Interesting read, shows clearly that having a powerful network is a fast-track to success. (7.5/10)

Biggest Take-Aways:
-Your network = your net worth
-Importance of joining great groups/clubs/organizations
-Keeping in touch with as many people as possible is greatly beneficial

4. Conscious Health: Choosing Natural Solutions for Optimum Health and Lifelong Vitality – Ron Garner

Review: Sometimes a bit extreme, but a great compilation of all the components of optimal health. (7/10)

Biggest Take-Aways:
-Importance of eating a lot of raw fruits + veggies
-Importance of drinking high-quality water
-Importance of optimal digestion

5. Secrets of the Millionaire Mind: Mastering the Inner Game of Wealth – T. Harv Hecker

Review: Definitely a useful book, especially if you’ve never read about wealth creation. (8/10)

Biggest Take-Aways:
-We need to be aware & optimise our financial blueprint (aka our conditioning around money)
-I need to become a better “receiver”.
-The 17 Things RIch People Do Differently 

6. The Hunger Games – Suzanne Colins

Review: Riveting story, easy and fun read.  (8/10)
