What’s my life path so far in a nutshell?

-I grew up as a happy kid in Montreal, Canada
-I swam competitively for many years, reaching the Canadian National Junior Team.
-I moved to Vancouver to study Commerce & Marketing at the University of British Columbia.
-I worked 18 months for Anheuser-Busch InBev, the biggest beer company in the world.
-I moved to Perth, Australia to pursue a Master’s Degree at the University of Western Australia. Along the way, I realized that business was an interest, but that my true passion was learning & applying concepts of what I call “Optimal Living”.

What am I up to these days?

-I study  in a “self-directed” Master’s of Optimal Living.
-I study in the Master’s of Business Administration program at UWA.
-I train to represent Canada at the 2011 Anaconda Adventure Race and to do in my first Brazilian jiu-jitsu competition.
-I do some fitness modeling, for fun and bit of extra money
-I live The Feel Good Lifestyle and I work on turning my passions into a career!

Who are my main influences at the moment?

-Tim Ferriss- Author of The 4 Hour Work Week & The 4 Hour Body
-Leo Babauta- Writer for my favorite blog,  Zen Habits.
-The Dalai Lama- Buddhist Spiritual Leader
-Brian Johnson- Modern philosopher and creator of Optimal Living 101
-Rener Gracie- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teacher extraordinaire

What makes me happy on a daily basis?

-Learning new stuff about my passions (Optimal Living & Marketing)
-Working out, meditating, reading, being outdoors
-Having hilarious or stimulating conversations
-Helping others with their health, fitness, and life
-Having the freedom to study/apply stuff I love all day!

What is my life philosophy?

-Happiness is a both a choice & a state of mind.
-Gratitude is the single most important habit we can develop.
-A healthy mind in a healthy body are the foundations of a successful life.
-We must seek to become a slightly better version of ourselves every single day.
-We can accomplish anything if we have a plan, the balls to pursue it, and the persistence keep goin’!

That’s about it! I’m just a guy trying to live fully, pursue my passions everyday, have a good time, and inspire other people to do the same.
