How to Eliminate Frustration from Your Life

anger

Think back of the last week of your life…

How many times did you get worked up over things?

How many times were you frustrated, irritated or even pissed off?

Now… imagine if you had the power to not get affected by any of the things that happen to you?

Traffic, red lights, people who are late, things that don’t work out, bad “luck”, etc…

Imagine if could stay totally zen through it all.. and better yet, actually see the silver lining in EVERYTHING.

How much better would your life be?

How much less suffering would you have to deal with?

Over the past 2 years, I’ve done an enormous amount of internal work to try and figure it out. And now, I can honestly say that it’s VERY RARE that I get frustrated anymore…

It still happens on occasion but I can get back into a positive state very rapidly.

It didn’t use to be like that at all… I used to have quite the temper growing up.

If I can transform, I truly believe that you can too.

I’ve recorded a video to share with you the way I approach this, which I call the Resist Nothing Method

In this video, you’ll learn exactly how you can deal with any situation in a positive way, no matter what happens to you or around you.

No matter where you’re at right now in your personal evolution, this one strategy is guaranteed to help you take a quantum leap in your consciousness and happiness.

Check it out below:

I’m curious:¬†what strategy do you personally use to stay relaxed and joyful when things don’t go your way? Please let me know in the comments section below.

Here’s to resisting nothing and embracing everything. :)

Phil

  • Great video! I typically take a step out of the frustrating situation and take at least five deep breaths, while repeating to myself: be the best, you can be. The power of conscious awareness is incredible for the body.

  • I love you! You are so awesome and inspiring and excited about teaching. I wish I could meet you!

  • My start is staying mindful. You observe yourself getting frustrated and you can decide in an instant to stop, simple :)

  • Phil you are awesome. A class apart from others. Your articles are very simple and clear and most important gives complete information. I really want to meet you some day in my life and have a chat with you if possible

  • Hi Phil,

Thank you for the video. The information has been more of a reassurance for me than an insight as I started doing the same thing a few years back. I began to train myself by replacing negative thoughts with positive versions. The more I did it, the more natural it became to always do that. Also, with things that would happen that I would have a hard time with at first (a girl flirting with my boyfriend) I wouldn’t bring it up, but instead would deal with it on my own as it is obviously an insecurity of my own, but each time it would come up in my head, my feelings would be more positive than the last time. I try to teach this concept, along with many others, to people in my life that struggle with their outlooks. Thank you for posting this, it has made me feel much more confident in the direction I am heading, and the help I’m giving.
